Due to a large quantity of our products being handmade, fresh upon ordering, our dispatch times are slightly longer than larger companies. We currently have a turnaround time of 9-10 working days (not including weekends) but sometimes your order may be dispatched before that time! You will recieve an email once your order is fulfilled with a tracking number.

Delivery timescales depend on the shipping method you have chosen. We currently only ship with Royal Mail via Tracked 24 and Tracked 48. Once your order has been dispatched from us, the delivery timescale is out of our control. As you may be aware, shipping can sometimes take a little longer than the method you have chosen, especially during busier times of the year. Please allow extra shipping time over the Christmas period due to delays with Royal Mail.
